I do the same as Mattia Run a 110V Transformer and a 110 blanket, I have 110V sockets wired around my shop as well as 240V, so I can use American Power Tools Too.

Like Tom, I ordered two silicone blankets from Minco in Minneapolis. Same part number and same price. The size on these blankets is 5x35, at 120V and 875 watts. And yes, these are high-quality heaters.

They didn't have this particular size/model in stock when I placed the order (last winter), and it took about 2 weeks to receive them. I use two Harbor Freight #43060 router speed controllers to vary the voltage to the blankets. Those are always on sale at around $12 and each one will handle up to a 15 amp load. For me, it's a simple, effective and economical combination for bending.buddy lee38738.4268518519
